Troubleshooting Appointment Booking with Assistants

  1. Check Calendar Settings

    • Go to settings and navigate to calendars.

    • Ensure a team member is assigned, availability is correct, and the calendar is active.

  2. Assistant Configuration

    • Access the assistant settings and go to configure, then calendars.

    • Sync a calendar to the assistant to enable appointment booking.

  3. Test Appointment Booking

    • Try to book a test appointment to confirm calendar access and functionality.

    • If successful, add the calendar to the assistant.

  4. Provide Necessary Functions

    • Add functions like check availability, book appointments, reschedule appointments, cancel appointments, check appointments, create tasks, create notes, and call users.

    • Avoid using schedule and send email functions as they are in beta.

  5. Further Troubleshooting

    • If appointment booking still doesn't work, delete and resync calendars.

    • Repeat the process of adding the calendar, testing booking, and confirming functionality.
