Troubleshooting Outbound Calling Issue

Objective

To troubleshoot and resolve issues related to outbound calling by assistants.

Key Steps

  1. Check Assistant's Number: Call the assistant's number to see if it can receive inbound calls.

  2. Review Workflow: Verify the workflow in the automation tool (e.g., AI campaign, Facebook lead form) to ensure the correct assistant ID is assigned for outbound calling.

  3. Update Assistant ID: If the assistant ID is not correctly pasted in the workflow, update it with the correct ID.

  4. Save Changes: After updating the assistant ID, save the changes in the automation tool.

  5. Check Outbound Minutes: Ensure that there are enough outbound minutes available for calling.

  6. Purchase Minutes: If outbound minutes are insufficient, purchase additional minutes to resolve the issue.
