Creating an Active Tag for AI Assistant Deployment in Chat

Objective: This SOP aims to guide team members on how to create an active tag to deploy the AI assistant in chat efficiently.

Key Steps:

1. Access the active tags section.

2. Create a new tag with a unique name (e.g., "tag test").

3. Select the AI assistant to assign to this active tag.

4. Specify the actual tag that will be on the contact for internal reference.

5. Click on "Add Tag" to assign the tag to the assistant.

6. Save changes to finalize the active tag creation.
